You should have checked these requirements before signups closed and then have drawn a thick line. If such a problem is discovered later, well, it's too late and the player stays - it's not like him not being GM gives him an unfair advantage! If you did it that way, someone else from Belgium could have noted that a player is missing and signed up, instead of just cutting off a whole country later for not enough players. | ||
