The 2013 group B had the best Protoss of the time, the best Zerg and the two best Terrans. Classic being in the 2017 group brings it down. == A: ByuL, aLive B: Bogus, soO C: herO, Leenock D: Maru, sOs Bogus might be in the clear this season unless herO, Maru, or ByuL can stop him.

SC2 Flash < BW Flash - in SC2 he was nowhere near best terrans Parting best Protoss of all time? seriously? it is at worst close call but certainly not so onesided as you try to suggest

And he said "of the time" (as in for those months in 2013), not "of all time", regarding PartinG.

A: TY, aLive B: Dark, INnoVation C: herO, Ryung D: Maru, Bunny I really don't know about group A so I just went with my Terran bias. And I dont think sOs can beat the terrans in his current form.

But there's no way it matches up to the hype of 2013. Inno and Dark are on top of the world, but as good as Classic and soO are, they're pretty outclassed here. Classic complained in an interview about how much he loses against Dark, and soO went 2-9 against Inno recently in addition to having been notably defeated twice by him in the finals (GSL and IEM respectively). Compared to 2013, when it was actually the four best players in the world. Soulkey was arguably better, but that's a stretch. The group of Parting, Life, Inno and Flash has never been equaled before or since. PartinG and Flash retired, Life isn't around anymore, but INnoVation, for all his ups and downs, is once again the best around four years later. Talk about tenacity.

Inno can beat Dark, Classic, and soO Dark can beat Inno and Classic Classic can beat soO soO can beat Dark So we get Inno and Dark in the winner's match, which is pretty much a coinflip. If Dark loses, he might get knocked out by soO, but for that to happen soO has to beat Classic, which is a long shot. If Inno loses I doubt either Classic or soO can take him out. Inno and Dark to advance.
