I was watching a replay of harstem, but not for the reason you are thinking. So I'll go over what exactly happened.
Harstem was the friendliest to me when i first got to the tournament. We were getting along really well and we were hanging out bantering around and stuff. When we knew we were playing against each other I immidietly thought that i would never win and in my head i had already accepted defeat so i was just fooling around there and standing behind harstem going "I'm just here for research hehehe" and he seemed to be fine with that and so when he went away for a second I decided to jokingly open up a replay and be like "Kappa" and I had no intention of "stealing" replays or watching it when he was gone to gain an advantage, he wasn't that far away so my plan was just to watch about 10 seconds and he would see it and come and we just laugh about it and that is exactly what happened.
Had my opponent been nerchio,ptitdrogo or anyone else, I would not even try to stand behind them since I didn't really talk to them that much and I would asume that they would be just like "Can you go away? why are you here?"
I'm asuming that in the rules it says that under no circumstance someone should open up a replay of an opponent so the disqualification.. fair enough.
So I just want to clear up that I had no bad intentions and Harstem and me are cool and it was just a joke.

So if the both of you were getting along quite well, why didn't Harstem stand up for you and say he was fine with your opening the replay ?

Nice thanks. The organizers were really harsh on that one, there is the letter but the spirit too, and Sioras' storyline was such a nice one...

Man, sucks for you, good to clear that up! I would've thought the worst of you otherwise tbh.
I hope you still gained some experience and this won't affect you negatively in the future.
I have to say, Sebou, the Invasion manager, should've maybe gotten the full story before going on twitter with this. How did he even know about it, if Harstem wasn't the one who complained?

I hope you learn from your mistake. You know you cant do that, and still you did it. Is it unconcious maybe, because in your mind you thought you had already lost? And so your unconcious thought lets DQ myself.

WCS being heavy handed and screwing over players for minor things. Why am I not shocked?

Harstem's manager was making a fuss out of it, notice that it is basically just him on twitter. However that forces Blizzard/Netease's hand, Harstem himself has no problem with what Sioras did and actively tried to not get Sioras DQed.

I hope you and Harstem can remain friendly, now that Harstem has won, he might even jokingly give you the replays ? : D

Thank you, this explanation sounds very reasonable ... We were discussing here that you would have to be really very stupid to do something like that publicly. So now I feel very sorry how it turned against you. Hopefully, you will manage to get some good wins in some good tournaments in the future and will be able to forget this.

I just believe, there is no such rule. It is similar as having a rule that you are not allowed to put your cat into microwave to dry it after rain. Or you should not throw knifes into the public. Or you should not play naked. I do not think, there is a rule that you must have clothes on you when playing at the tournament. There will be some general statement that you should be respectful or normal or "as usual"...
Really pity for Sioras. And as some people say, that he could learn from his mistakes, his only mistake was that he wanted to do a "joke with a friend" and that friend was not that much a friend, he was just a friendly foreign guy. And when the "lawyer machinery" starts once, it is difficult to stop it.
