I really doubt contract goes till before next proleague seasons.. Contracts run till season ends (which it ended already). Pretty sure this implies that he had at least one year in his contract remaining if not more. | ||

I don't know if Park's contract was for one year or two, but if it was the latter it's hardly unreasonable that they would have set a date without knowing when the season after the next (starting before his first season as CJ coach) would start. | ||

Every Korean article I've read says he decided to leave the team instead of renewing his contract, suggesting that he's leaving in a regular fashion. Also, he was seeking opportunities to branch out to China during the season, and seem to tie in with his past interest in working for international teams. | ||
