Damn you smart css. I read "where he made the semifinals and was eventually stopped by MMA on very unfavorable maps" and asked myself: did DLO write it? Yes, you did.
I did edit that in! It's important to note

I also asked several Chinese players including Cyan, but nobody knows who the Protoss Saber is so far.
Like the OP said, apparently there used be a Protoss Saber in China who was active in 2011 and 2012. But it was a long time ago.

Nice writeup, TL staff.
I'm most interested in to see how TY will perform in this tournament. Even though he ended up losing in Code A, his proleague and particularly online qualifier play has been impressive to me.
The other question mark for me is PartinG. We haven't seen him in a while. What's up?

I'm not sure if I can grant you a laugh for it, but I did groan inwardly.

How could they not get more Chinese players to show up? This is crazy lol.

How's the seeding from the open brackets to the groups done? Random? Ordered pick?

I'm getting the feeling this might be the last season of IEM with starcraft in it. It's just getting ridiculous at this point and its sad

This is crazy lol. The StarCraft II scene is too small in China that it seems there are few sponsors concerning about it.It would be reasonable that few of them would like like to provide traveling funds for progamers.

Cyan just told me the Open Bracket has been cancelled. The 5 remaining players will choose their desired groups one by one, according to the order of their WCS points.
