So Rain is 10th. That's an interesting choice. I'd forgotten that there were really two periods where he enjoyed a lot of success. Based on pure results I wouldn't put him 10th, but it's true that he has had considerable influence on the game. Players left for evaluation for the top 5 are PartinG, herO, Polt, Taeja, MC, Life and Mvp; PartinG and herO being the outliers, since herO's main achievements are IEM who's level can't be equated to a Korean LAN, and PartinG though extremely consistent and having won a few top tournaments can't ever have been considered dominant. Oh, and Bomber too, but he doesn't come close either.
So that leaves MC, Life, Mvp, Polt and Taeja. The top two are obviously Life and Mvp, maybe I'm crazy but I think I favour Life over Mvp. Traditionally, I'd have put MC as third, but in the past year his cumulative results have looked similar to TaeJa or Polt. He still has the edge in influence to the game though. I guess I still think it should be MC, TaeJa, Polt, though I expect it'll be TaeJa, MC, Polt, and no combination of them would really surprise me.
