They have zero legal authority in the United States, much less South Korea. They're just a video game company. The best they can do is provide information, and what information could they possibly have that would help South Korean police? I guess that's where the "No LAN" policy comes in handy, to threaten KeSPA to prevent them to access the game if they don't act ; but I think that Korean leagues have their own LAN version of SC2 afaik? | ||

Is there anyone here who speaks enough Korean to check out the Korean forums and see what everyone is saying? I'd use google translate but it's notoriously unreliable and would change the meaning of stuff a lot. | ||
