He's probably the best ZvZ player atm. Sick ZvT as well, though I can see Taeja maybe going godmode and beating him despite looking less impressive in the matchup lately (guy knows how to win foreign tournaments). Life is prepping to own Maru though, so he's probably ready for the terrans coming into this.
ZvP he has a pretty bad record in the last few months, but we haven't gotten to see much of his form there lately.

ez vZ vs Rogue and then either Taeja or Stardust, both of which are beatable. Taeja hasn't looked very good in TvZ recently (lost 0-4 to Ragnarok just a few days ago and barely beat Revival 3-2 two days earlier) and Stardust's recent PvZ history tells me that he's among the more beatable Protosses in Katowice.
Best-case scenario would be sOs going out to Oz, in which case Life would have the best possible road to the finals
He would lose to Taeja, again.
Yes, Taeja's games against Ragnarok truly showed his vZ prowess at the moment.
6-2 DH.
That was in November, and November was four months ago. Do you want to talk about GSL? MLG? Probably not, because they're not as recent. Taeja going 0-4 against Ragnarok and 3-2 against Revival shows certain weakness in the match-up. I'm not saying he's weak, but saying that because he beat Life at DH he'll beat him again no matter what is far-fetched, even for a fan.
Online is completely different to offline and Taeja has shown that he's not very good online in the past.
Alright, let's look at Asus ROG, which was played offline:
3-0 Serral 0-3 Sortof 3-2 Serral
Firstly it wasn't 0-3 so check your facts and it was clear that Taeja wasn't even in the right mindset from his interviews and his fast GGs and he was suffering from wrist issues.

You never watched IPL TAC.
The finals was offline and he used to be a ploayer who was good at online tournaments like ESV but was struggling in offline tournaments.

Alright, I'm sorry, 1-3 Sortof. If you think losing to Sortof and dropping games to Serral is excused by "not in the right mindset" then discussing with you is pointless. Life is miles ahead of Sortof in ZvT, and what I'm saying is that Taeja's continued mediocrity (by his standards) show a weakness he didn't have at Dreamhack Winter. Further, if he is having trouble with his wrists again, then predicting him to crush Life after losing to Sortof dropping games all over the place seems a little odd.

Damn i love how passionate you are here, gogo Life! (and Zealously!)
My guess is the top 4 will discuss the prize pool distribution while eating on saturday night and will end up splitting: 1st place 40k, 2nd 30k, 3rd 15k and 4th 15k. Polt vs Taeja final would be awesome!

So he was bad at offline when he was struggling there but bad at online now that he's struggling in that as well. I like Taeja but you are being a pain in the ass about this. You harp on Zealously for being barely off in his stats but don't use any recent stats of your own.
