It's not because she's a girl though, at least not fully. She may get the stream numbers she does partly because she's a girl, but ROOT probably picked her up because she has those stream numbers, is a nice person, has a quality stream, and possibly also because she's in masters league as a girl, which is rare and might get ROOT a spot in some all girl tournys or something. To say ROOT picked her up just because she's a girl is completely false and I can see why mods might see it as offensive to assume she has success only because she's a girl. | ||

You could ask "Why is she a successful streamer" and that probably has to do with her being female, but that's an other question. edit: Q_Q i took too long | ||

You have progression of rights at one end and regression (in a sense) on other end, like freedom of speech. So you have people who are very liberal on one hand, but at the same time very rigid and ready to call out someone for saying his opinion and/or stating a fact. I guess trolls are also to blame since it is sometimes hard to distinguish a genuine question or answer from a troll attempt since there is a lot of immature people, especially on twitch. But you have white knights even here in this thread, calling TotalBiscuit out for saying "biological female". It is the same as people who pretend males and females (in biological sense of the word) are equal in every way. No they have a lot of differences but should be treated equally. There is a big difference. | ||
