Socke and Lilbow are joining our roster from today on and we will ensure that the players will have an amazing year 2014 under the brand of XMG.

We are very happy to welcome Socke to the team. He is one of the most famous european players and a true german Starcraft hero. This is a huge success for XMG as a SC2 team and we are sure to have a really good year with Socke in 2014. Be ensured that we will bring him as close to the fans as humanly possible. Youtubevideos and a lot of events are already planned.
Alongside Socke, another player will complete our roster for the time being. Lilbow. He is really new to the scene and will be our 2nd talentplayer next to Salt. He is just 18 years old and decided to go full time on SC2 under XMG to try to compete with the best. He will train at ToD's place in the beginning and soon we will send him over to our good friends from myInsanity for a period of 3 months, for intensive training with the koreans!

Hm, who the hell is Lilbow? That nick sounds very familiar, so I have definitely heard of him a lot of times, but I really can't associate an event or face to it... Apparently (according to aligulac) he is the second best protoss of France behind ToD?

Woop, good job Socke Im guessing he might of left on his own accord now from AA which makes sense, XMG perfect team/sponsor for him. Nice little squad now for XMG.
Even though I have never ever watched a single EPS, or w/e the German leagues are called, broadcast in my entire live, I still love Socke for his performance at MLG/HSC so I'm super happy for him to have found such a great new team. Socke fighting!!!
So XMG is a 'real' team now? Before it seems as if XMG mostly did some form of personal sponsorship, for example with Maddelisk. I might have misunderstood things but that's the way it seemed to me

in a world where every 5 inch smartphone screen is already Full-HD, how come XMG is one of the very few companies that actually offers that for 13 inches aswell? Really pissed me off when I was looking for one a year ago, how many "Gaming notebooks" are like 1366 x 768.
Loved Socke since I saw him play DT Corsair for the first time (looooong ago^^), hope for a successfull year 2014. Lilbow as far as I know him seems very promising. Good catch XMG :-)

Sure, or Acer only wants players who actually have to think to play. Looking forward to GSL with only 3 Terrans. And an overwhelming majority of patch tosses.
