image training is just hardcore imagination of how the games will go i think. Like you'd go through all of the possible sets in your head, your builds, your responses, all that fun stuff.

Yeah, Innovation is more known for his macro and multi-tasking more than his micro. Even though his micro is really top-notch, it's not yet on the level of his macro etc which are really-really-top-top-notch.
