As much as I hate "KeSPA vs eSF" dispute, KeSPA coach is moving to eSF team. That's a first. Good results to Coach Park, EG-TL and BoxeR.

If you really want to change the culture of the team it has to start at the very top. Well I don't think the teams or Coach Park are going to stop players streaming and going to foreign tourneys. Coaches don't make players practice harder, they just make them practice better. Every professional sport uses them, because they can provide a more objective view of a player and their weaknesses. Even figure skaters have coaches, because someone needs to watch them and point on where they are messing up. If anything, I think he will add structure to the process and make sure the players can focus on the praticing. I could see him saying "Use your streaming time to warm up for an hour or two, interact with some fans. Then we will get some solid pratice in for your next event for the next 6 hours". Or making sure the player doesn't have to worry about their flight to a foreign event or getting to and form the airport, which can suck hours of time away from you.

Well, I used to think that EG and TL are both part of the eSF, therefore the "combined" team would also be the part of the Federation. My bad if I'm wrong on this one.

I don't know how helpful a coach is for the team (we'll see)... but when there isn't a common language for communication, yet, that doesn't give me much hope of change for foreigner performance...hopefully he has medical and psychiatric experience too so he can fix up the korean players

I really like the move and hopefully it pays out for EG to invest in something/somebody that improves their players. EG has a branding that players get worse after joining the Team. Maybe it will be the other way around from now on. Best of luck.
