How do you feel about snapping your four game losing streak?
I am glad that I snapped my losing streak through a mirror match. I was able to realize how happy I could become through this interview.
Why do you say that you’re glad that you snapped your losing streak through a mirror match?
I was on a four game losing streak only through mirror match losses. I feel so good cause I was able to snap my losing streak through a clean mirror match victory.
Why were you performing poorly?
I would play all my games through macro as I poke around here and there but my opponents all responded really well. So I decided to play safely after I saw the entry for this week’s match as I prepared.
If you had to evaluate today’s game?
Out of a possible 10, I want to give myself a 0.1. This was the first time ever that I felt so unsatisfied about a performance. I did not amplify my best during my game. I just played like I didn’t know anything during my rookie years.
You haven’t been sent out that many times during this season.
I made a lot of mistakes during practice. I wasn’t able to fix that issue so I didn’t get a lot of chances to get sent out.
HotS will be released soon.
I am confident for the release of HotS. It’s because Protoss is really strong. I plan on practicing really hard for a month since everyone will be starting over from scratch.
How do you feel about the balance in HotS?
I think Protoss is the weakest. (this comment makes absolutely no sense to me. He JUST stated that Protoss is really strong in the previous answer.) Terran’s maneuverability has gotten so much better because of medivac boosters and Zerg has vipers so they have an advantage for mid game battles .
How do you plan on spending your break?
I want get rested up really well so that I can prepare for HotS practice.
Anything else you would like to say?
I hope the fans will cheer on heavily for STX. I had a fan tell me that he/she would no longer watch me if I lost today as well but I hope he/she decides to stay after seeing my performance today.
