I thought Scoots replied to the tweet from MLG saying something like 'Gimmie' - which would suggest that they knew there might not be an English stream prior to this? I'd be surprised if they weren't at least aware of it.

Yes, true. It can't be the same with MLG casting, they'd most certainly cast from the US and not directly from Korea. Although i have no idea whether there will be any live audience anyway... no idea how bad/good Proleague is gonna be production wise.

Weekend matches are at 13:00 KST, 7 pm PST/10 pm EST. It's totally doable, the question is if they would rebroadcast the weekday matches or do them live.

Broadcasting offsite from replays would be massive fail. And I can't imagine it being good having observers from America. Onsite, live or complete failure.

I'd assume we should hear something from MLG about this (if they are really doing it) today or at least tomorrow. Unless they have no intentions to broadcast the first set of games on Saturday, which would be stupid.

Interesting to see how this develops, especially when it comes to weekday's matches. I REALLY hope they don't do rebraodcasts, because thats just not for me at least.

Yeah thats right. Kespa is hated But I don't know in this case it is much more an emberresment for all the people involved. If you build it up like this and then you screw around like this... you must be really disorganised or terribly stupid. I will watch korean stream hopefully they make a really broadcast on twitch or something or this will be such a sad move.

I wouldn't have watched the English stream anyway, so, no loss for me. Maybe more people will discover the joys of Korean casting.

This sucks for Doa/montecristo but i don't really mind not having any English commentary. Sc2 proleague, maps made in the last 3 months, and EGTL is enough to draw me in. Korean commentary is sort of entertaining in it's own right as well.
