This tweet is about 15 hours old, I'm thinking maybe Kespa decided to let their partner MLG do the foreign broadcast for Proleague since they are a huge name in the foreign scene as opposed to OGN? With MLG viewership numbers would be much bigger since everyone already knows who MLG is, they could run the broadcast from their studio and have Axslav and Axeltoss cast it. *conspiracy hat* Meh, hate these kind of obvious "Would people like"-tweets. Just give the info ffs.

Proleague belongs to Kespa, OSL and MSL belonged to the broadcast companies OnGameNet and MBCGame.

For now we could hope for this much, though it seems strange as they would have to cast at some weird hours.
Even if anything like that ends up being true, its a massive fuck up.

I hope the Korean broadcast will still happen so that the English broadcast can still have time to sort it out between OGN and KeSPA. It would be a shame if the entirety of Proleague would be postponed because of this.
|
KeSPA is protecting themselves and so they should , they have the best players and competition in RTS history. Im sure they will have a english broadcast setup soon with casters who recognise how lucky they would be to cast for them. It is in their interest to have an english broadcast so it will happen (whether it is ready for week 1 is another thing) - I dont mind as I quite like the vibe in the korean broacast (plus I get to learn korean names).

Sayle will have to save the day again.

Would prefer Moletrap to cast them those two >.<
But yeh when i saw the MLG Lee tweet the other day i did kinda think that MLG would try and get it. Which i personally think is very unfair to everyone else, but they are in a partnership with KESPA i guess.....

What the fucking fuck kespa! Bring in foreign teams to proleague and now foreigners can't even fucking watch in English. God damn it. Fuck kespa.
|
Meh, chill. Given Lee's tweet, I'm fairly certain MLG will broadcast it.
It's a dick move and I really feel sorry for Doa, but I'm not worried about no english stream at all.

I wish I could say this was shocking news to me.

If they do this. Dick move, Sundance...

Damnit I wanted to watch Doa cast again, though I guess an MLG stream is better than no stream. (Might end up watching the Korean stream personally but at least there might be an option to watch an English stream).

unfortunate, its a loss for the majority of the foreign fans. I hope they can sort it out soon.

it looks like mlg was going to host the english cast after all. Poor ogn and doa.. What the hell is going on here :S
|
What a fucking dick move by Kespa... Showing their true colors yet again.
Ib4 paywall I guess T_T
|
I feel like this move will hurt KesPA more than help. Sad for you DoA.
Apparently MLG will do the broadcast for the English people (since they tweeted a hint) but i really had hoped OGN does it.
