I think in the end, it'll help him out more (if he should succeed at making a big impact this weekend), but I don't know for sure *shrug*.

If Rain/SKT/KeSPA informs GOM the day after groups are announced or even before, Rain would have gotten his group moved to next week. Waiting until the 29th, going, 'Hey, GOM, we're going to MLG now, so please change the schedule,' is just idiotic. Either management screwed up big time, or there is foul play somewhere in this story.

It is a huge chance to get exposure for yourself (player), your team, coach and even Kespa players in general. all foreign eyes will be on the raining OSL champ - and this absolutely legitimates animmidiate change of plans. Well, winning GSL gives you more exposure than any other tournament since it is THE league to win.

Rain should be removed completely from the GSL and banned for next season. nothing less sends the appropriate message to Kespa that such actions will not be tolerated. Your solution to this problem is to punish one of the best players right now who is completely innocent in all of this? I'm glad you have no position of power in this community.
