First off, some players may not want/need a team so just throwing their name up somewhere saying 'contact these guys for your team!' may be more annoying them helpful. You should probably ask if they want their name plastered somewhere as a 'free agent'. Aside from that any team worth their weight that wants to do SC2 that could afford a 'top tier' player, should know how to figure out who's available. So I don't really see this helping them. The only team this would help is a team to lazy to find players themselves (which is already bad), or who can't afford a top tier player in the first place (so what's the point). That or as you pointed out "especially when said organisation lacks SC2 enthusiasts in the management team", and why on earth would you want to be part of a team who lacks enthusiasts for SC2 in their managment?

You should probably ask if they want their name plastered somewhere as a 'free agent'. This information is available on Liquipedia already, it just is easier to access like this. I'm pretty sure the vast majority of players there are actively seeking a team, except probably Destiny. Pretty sure most SC2 professionals would appreciate a salary. That or as you pointed out "especially when said organisation lacks SC2 enthusiasts in the management team", and why on earth would you want to be part of a team who lacks enthusiasts for SC2 in their managment? Many teams do not have SC2 enthusiasts as part of the management. Sam Mathews from Fnatic is a Quake enthusiast. Michael O'Dell from Dignitas is a Battlefield enthusiast. Alex Muller from SK Gaming is a Counter-Strike enthusiast. The managers of other very big organisations lacking SC2 teams, such as Natus Vincere, or Moscow Five are not SC2 enthusiasts. What they do, is that they recruit managers to help them out, just like SK has reis, Fnatic had Hwanni and Xeris, and Dignitas has Toh1o. But prior to take that big step and invest in SC2, they'd need to know that there is an accessible market of very good players. Just to explain: in CS 1.6, it was extremely hard for new organisations to get into the scene, because all the best players and teams were already contracted to other teams. SC2, however, has many players which are not, and having this list saying that there is in fact place for a team which wants to invest, to invest in 1) an SC2 manager, and 2) top quality players.

He seriously has a fucked up ego problem. He cried about not getting a ride to GSL and getting picked up from airports when he returned from foreign tournaments. He refused to play in GSTL because he didnt like the feeling when he loses (like wtf?).

Grubby and viOlet are contracted to their respective sponsors and are not looking for a team. It is different for NaNiwa, who doesn't get a salary. (!!!!)
