afaik DBS is inactive due to school at the moment. I'll add Tarson and DieStar once Millenium releases them ^^

It's much easier said than done. Having Koreans on the team is more expensive than you might think, and not just because of the salaries they might ask for. Flight tickets to the rest of the world, particularly Europe, are very expensive, and you also would need to invest in a Korean translator you can trust, which can be very troublesome. It would also help a lot if you could actually meet the players you're signing, physically that is, rather than just on skype. So it's much easier for foreign teams to recruit foreign players, especially for European teams. You can look at trends: French teams tend to focus on French players, German teams, on German players, Spanish teams, on Spanish players; this is because only the most established and well-funded of teams can branch out to Korea - not to mention that some sponsors prefer to focus on domestic scenes. Millenium, for example, has a number of exclusively French sponsors.

Looks like there is quite a oversaturation of "progamers" otherwise there wouldn´t be so many teamless players, also some of the players on the list shouldn´t be considered as "pro" because they aren´t really that good, like RINE.
