TL is my homepage since i registered. I don't post much because of a few reasons. Most of the time it's garbage, and my questions are already answered or my point of view has already been shared by someone else.

I am saying that people shouldn't be rewarded for spamming shit posts which I would bet are the majority of the 3k+ club. Frequency is too hard to track, you are right, which is why it is stupid to do.
