Having a story like this be public AND not get severely punished would be tarnishing the entire face of gaming altogether.

It is not the case that the Germans, Chinese, Spanish, Koreans and Brazilians are all freaky pedos because they have different standards for the legal age of consent. Different countries simply have different norms on this issue.
