In reply to the question "What motivated you to decide to return to SKT1?", he started by answering about his tiredness and his lack of desire and how Gayeon brought the idea up with him. Then this. "For about 2 years, I have been working really hard to develop players and transferring all my experience to the team. But recently, even though the Starcraft 1 and Starcraft 2 scenes are very similar, there is a very big difference. Starcraft 2 is now an international game, and there're quite a number of international teams which are investing quite a lot of money into it. Many professional gamers started off as amateur players, and there're many elements which can shake them. When I left the team, I told the players that they have to learn to be more far-sighted, and that each one is responsible for his own life. Afterward, when everything was settled, I joined SKT1." Bolded for emphasis. Maybe I'm reading too much into it lol

But on the other hand I heard that SlayerS had similar practice regime as KeSPA teams do have. Well we will never know probably... Anyway, GL Boxer in your new (old) job!! Best of luck!

He hesitated to return to his "home" due to his "previous mistake" (what mistake does he mean here?) and SlayerS. - He believes that SlayerS will do fine without him, and he had made arrangements to take care the players before his leave. - BoxeR stated in the interview that he was feeling "tired" in SlayerS and has lost ambitious for a while. Jessica suggested him to talk to SKT. Boxer also mentioned that he is having some "internal issues in Slayers" but he didn't elaborate. Personally, I think boxer is having trouble asking certain players in his team to practice in a Kespa like regime.

I think people forget that SKT was also a team created by Boxer, long before it was even sponsored by SK Telecom :/
