Well, maybe he won't F it up this time. I'd be willing to bet against it though. Any takers? I'll take that bet for sure! He's a really nice guy, easily top 3 foreign terran, and he's matured alot since early 2011. Don't be such a pessimist man! Just like he had really matured from his BW days right? I don't expect this to end well, but I really hope it does for ROOTs sake.

Kinda surprised kespA teams won't pick him up. That would have been badass

love his play. good pickup for ROOT

gratz. a nice pick up. hopefully major finally settles in!

I hope he stays loyal and starts tearing it up with ROOT.

over/under before he leaves is set at 3.5 months

ROOT's stance on Major joining could look pretty bad if he leaves.
Goddamit Major stop leavin <3

That chiwawa(?!) in the graphics above just made me giggle :D
Gz major, after all that hard training it's about time u found a team! Can't wait to see more of your games. U are a very good player!

I am sure Major would do well, now all I hope is he will stay for a bit longer and really committ to it. He is a nice pickup even if he doesn't stay for long imo
|
I think this is a very fitting team for Major. He is probably the hardest hitter ROOT has right now, and is obviously a big investment for them. Hopefully Major can flourish and reach his true potential through ROOT's assistance.

I feel like he could do better than ROOT which seems to be populated more with "personalities" rather than serious, driven players. Which isn't to say that ROOT players arn't talented, because they are. It just seems like they prefer to grow their brand via paths other than tournement results. In any case, major looks great so far in the TSL, its awesome to have him back in the NA scene and I look forward to watching him play.

Ladder doens't make you a Top3 foreigner. Post some major tournament results and i'm good to go with that statement, but since then i can't remember any shiny moment from this player except his winning of the latin american invitational (but really what competition was there?).
Best of luck, though i don't expect him to stay long, but please (!!!) prove me wrong!

Played very well in TSL4 Qualifiers, beat HyuN in the first round, and (tournament results aside) anyone who knows anything about SC can tell he's extremely good just by watching his play.

I can't remember or find a single big tournament win from him on liquipedia.
Well whatever seems like he should fit right in the unique bunch that ROOT is.

Hope this works out for Major and for the rest of ROOT.
|
just a quick question, as most ROOT players like to stream a lot, and Major apparently hates it... will he start streaming more???
|
I really hope Major has his act together now. It'll be sick to see how it goes in HOTS when kiwi comes back

Have we gone full circle? This was a surprising announcement...
