fellow kiwis, just saw a snippet for a news item coming up on tv3 6pm news about e-sports and saw them showing scenes from an MLG?

watch it! wonder how it'll be portrayed.. i'll try find a link later for non nz'ers.

oh and tv3 is one of the main free-to-air channels here

ha i knew david farrier would do it, he always does the buzzy off beat topics.

i thought they did it well! they showed scenes from a barcraft and wasn't too patronising. lot better than some of the other ones ive seen anyway

The headline is "Geeks get together to watch starcraft." Objective reporting- you're doing it wrong. Also, Gangnam Style is officially the theme song for SC2 now. I'm ok with that.
