You can read the page above and yeah sometimes SOMEONE streams SOME of the games but you just get into a nightmare trying to figure out whether a particular qualifier counts or doesn't count and it seems to me at least like it's simpler to just say that qualifiers don't count. | ||

So that's fine but then the rule in the OP needs to be updated to say that LAN qualifiers for Korean leagues count even if not broadcast. | ||
