Here's a novel idea: the best player in SCBW is the one who wins the most, wins most consistently, and wins when it counts. Flash had to win at least 4 boX series in succession for each of his 6 league wins, all under very high pressure situations. His opponents didn't "screw up" every game and they all had builds taylored to beat Flash on that day. Yet Flash won.
Flash is pretty gifted at this game, and he practices 10+ hours a day. If he decided that he needed to multi-task as well as Bisu to win more I'm sure he would have achieved that a while ago. He didn't, which makes me think he made the decision to focus on other areas. Bisu has the best mechanics out of TBLS but outside of PvZ, the worst game sense and strategy. He only shines on the offense and often suffers build order disadvantage because he plays too "standard." His famous multi-tasking is pretty much all he has.
As a Bisu fan, hearing that kinda hurts but I can see where you're coming from. Still, I think Bisu has better game sense and strategy than most other players outside of TBLS.
I do think that whether or not Flash relies on timing attacks is irrelevant. He wins more and wins regularly which is all that matters. Even a heavy reliance on timing attacks and strategies indicates good game sense and game understanding. I think that's why the Kespa players are losing to the SC2 players. I'm sure their mechanics are solid enough to take games off these GSL players but their lack of understanding of the game (timings, build orders and reactions) is what separates them, for now, from the current SC2 pros.
Thus, I know Flash has proven time and again that he has the mechanics he needs to win but even if (just an if) it were true that he mostly relied on timing attacks then that shows his understanding of the game that he can keep winning that way. Skill ain't all about mechanics. Mechanics is a means to an end which is winning.
EDIT: In short, I am agreeing with you, Savant.

Just think guys, and its coming up fast, starting sometime this October, it will be all SC2. What difference that's gonna be for the remaining Koreans who are doing both at the same time right now and for everyone who watches.
Let's hope blizz can deliver in HoTS!!!!

Anymore information on the event?

In team leagues, Flash is 240-90 with a 72.73% win rate. Bisu is 207-103 with a 66.77% win rate.

At this point, if nobody with a korean ip/proxy sets up a restream for us, the show is going to be limited to the korean audience.

What makes you say that? Won't these matches be part of the Ready Action show? The vods are hosted on the korean gomtv site, but everyone can watch them.

When I try to watch the Ready Action VODs I get the following message saying I need to be in Korea to watch:
해당 영상은 대한민국 내에서만 시청하실 수 있습니다.
Edit: This is for the SC2 Cross Match VODs.
