Excited to see a lot of the NA players perform, the skill level of the player appears to have risen or caught up to Koreans more so than any other time I can remember for SC2.
Open bracket does seem smaller than before, was it not like 256 players in the past? - Looked through the thread, Pokebunny confirmed this.
Maybe they had to tighten up the schedule with all the other Starcraft Events going on at the same time.
Should be pretty good, looking forward to it.

Well, that's still quite a lot I guess. Less than before since pool play is full of the others. Not sure a foreigner will make it out. Will depend on the bracket I guess.

Might want to take a look at the pool play. Its pretty much the GSL. Nothing against Dreamhacks and IEMs, but they have never had the depth of top players that MLG has.

I heard all the Code S MVP players were going... so I was expecting to see Genius/Sniper.
I think maybe Tails/Monsters might be Genius/Sniper instead possibly?

Because pool play is already stacked. Its paired with the WCS. The BW pro's will be in attendance. Open bracket play is just a small part of the weekend.

He's not, MLG displays their ludicrously old usernames rather than their actual tag, Mini signed up back before ROOT disbanded, thus ROOTMinigun.
