Benchmark for being a progamer if ever I saw one. Ah what a shame.. I liked your posts too. Random douchey comments though.. I thought the comment was attempting to make light of Destiny's lack of formal accomplishments? I totally didn't get the impression that it was directed at you, iNc. some people get easily offended.

yeah sounds right to me

That was far from offensive bro. You win some you lose some!

I thought it was offensive lol. Did you guys not get the sarcasm? He was making light of both destiny and incontrol.

i would love to be proved wrong about thinking destiny is wasting his time and money, i always want to see people who work hard get rewarded. but i dont believe that destiny has the right mindset to get the best out of this kind of thing.

I think Destiny can really improve, he's become quite good recently. However I don't know wether the MoW will play such a huge role in Destiny becoming good or not.

destiny in general is the same as naniwa, doesnt matter how good he is or could be, despicable person is despicable but thats probably just me lol
|
The fact that he's in a team environment with solid, serious other players to practice with and keep him in line will be a huge help for his play. I'm not saying he isn't already good, but he does need more hands on practice with ppl around to coach and help. I don't understand how people keep saying being in a team house doesn't automatically help people, because it does. A lot.

The real shame is that pros like you can't even post in these forums without being hated on etc. They come to defend themselves or another pro and thats all we get to hear. It be nice if half the "wanna be pros" in these forums would talk about the game, maybe the pros would stop by and drop knowledge more often.

Quoted the wrong post , made my response look silly.

I'll say right off I've never been a fan of Destiny's personality, he's many of times done things that are just far far out of line and extremely insensitive.
That said the reality is for his fans is he'll probably never live up to whatever potential to improve he may have had. In this day in age it's quite difficult to overcome the hurdle from being 'good' to becoming 'great' without at least some team support. Except for maybe in a few cases were you could argue someone was a savant. If you'd argue Destiny was a savant capable of doing it on his own, he probably would have by now. Which obviously he has been unable to do so I think you can safely say on his own he wont.
I think it's fair to say he'll probably remain as his been for a while, an outspoken individual who carries X amount of following which allows him to at least exist only playing SC2. Eventually people will probably get bored of it and he'll retire out of gaming without really having truly accomplished to much.
Which at the end of the day was his choice, he chose to speak his mind all the time regardless of who he might offend and scared off every team/sponsor he's been associated with. So long as he's happy with that so be it, his fans just need to realize that's 99.9% likely to be the case.

Destiny's a good enough guy, if he actually trains in the MoW house he'll get good. After his stay in ZvP he actually got significantly better but slipped down after getting into his old routine again.
Destiny's the same as any other progamer. He just needs to practice.

Naniwa I think has been slowly maturing, but I agree with you on Destiny. Dude backs up he's a trashy person everytime he opens his mouth, and he doesn't take responsibility for his actions, no major accomplishments as a pro. Why people feed into this attention whore idk, I don't go near his stream. Must have the same appeal as Jerry Springer back in the day. At least Idra is an act. /hatin'

Seems a bit bitter...
Destiny is a strong player on a level with many others in the lower pro ranks and it is certainly possible with some dedicated practice time at MoW he could move up in his play.
Further, I'd say having a following of size X when Destiny never won any major tournament and making a decent living off of that following is something major he has accomplished in his SC2 career (brings to mind... um... Day[9]...), something many other pros have never and will never accomplish. For instance, what is it that you have accomplished Nerski? And how much of a following or income has it got you? While a fan of you and your playing I must say that it is a shame you have to come and bad mouth Destiny.
