I've played multiple times versus this guy and he never scouts and never scans throughout the entire game. Even though i punished him badly in this game he
1.never scouted
2.never scanned
3.suspicious (blatant) if you ask me army movements.
4. After moving out with his army he rallies his production facilities to his main mineral line just in time for my warpprism without seeing it at all
5.Does it again little later too
6. Maneuvers around my army without vision of it and drops wherever my defence is weaker.
7. Never takes watchtowers
Oh yeah and a little history - in the games in which i've went oracle he always built a turret and placed his marines in his mineral lines. In this game when i go robo he does not do it - again with no information from scouting at all.
Thank god he's a bad player and almost always is a freewin.
Please guys help me out here with an opinion.

You can see from the chatlog in his other replays on drop.sc that he used to be ESCNotAvailable, a German maphacker that has been mentioned earlier in this thread. He was kicked from ESC's academy a while back, seems like he just namechanged and popped up again.

luckily he is actually a pretty terrible player, a clicks on pylons he never scouted, stims to them as well. Lifts buildings when DTs are coming (he has no knowledge of DTs) doesnt scout once the whole game, Counterattacks without knowing my army is moving out. Its one of the most obvious I've ever seen

I have no idea how to place a replay on drop.sc, but I just played against a barcode protoss who proxy 2gated without scouting my spawning position...on frost. Kinda funny to see him rushing his probe right at my base while watching the fog of war.

im so fed up with this sh1t guys....
im tired of trying to ladder in the top100 gm and a fucking maphacker comes out of nowhere and -20 pts me.
it's so fucking frustrating that i have to play 2-3 noskilled maphackers a day and blizzard wont ban them for months.

He was by far the most hilarious maphacker I've played on EU. I couldnt help but laugh at how bad he was at trying to hide the MH.

Just an update on "Frazhwah"
He just changed his name to that from "Fraser"
He played CatZ a day or two ago and CatZ analysed the replay on stream and proved his hacking. (And I know thats him/name change because hes in my division ranked 1.. )

they dont give out names of who was banned and you can't tell by looking at accounts unless they were GM and went to bronze all of a sudden which i guess means they might have been banned. no activity on the account might mean someone was banned if they were known to hack but it could also very easily mean they have just not played again since the ban wave so there isn't really any way to tell.
looking at one known popular site i cant see any reports of them banned so i guess there wasnt many or no one cares they got banned.
