This replay was back when Kairo was in diamond but now he's in top 8 masters so I thought I should bring this up.
Few indicators of maphacking are the following.
1. He intercepts my reaper perfectly with his zealot
2. He follows my reaper perfectly with his zealot and stalker long after reaper is completely out of his vision
3. Does one base 4 gate + robo with probe production cut off at 30... then just sit on his ass up to 11+ minute mark because I'm building tanks on high ground and not moving down to my natural (something that he doesn't have vision of)
4. Around 10 minute mark I send out a drop. He has zero vision of it but warps in 3 stalkers at home then places them directly where the drop is heading, again with no vision.
Pretty sure this Kairo guy is maphacking but you guys be the judge of that.

He goes for 2Gate on Derilect Watcher TE and sends the Probe to the normal spot. This happens to me enough that I rallied my Overlord to that spot before sending it out across the map..
Evidence:
1:15 - He looks at the Overlord coming through FoW and dodges around it before settling on another part of my base.
After seeing his strange behavior in the replay, I checked his match history. He 2Gates every game, including 4 spawn maps.

Star Station spawn positions are always forced cross spawn

Description: Think he was maphacking. It's hard to tell, since he rarely looks into fog of war(but it does happen), but he has always almost perfect positioning and sometimes responds to what I'm doing without scouting. The fact he goes basically anti mech without scouting it isn't very conclusive, since I met him a game before and went mech. It's still a fairly big gamble.
+ Show Spoiler +9:14 - Moves his army into position just as my drop is about to enter his base
9:40 - Notice how he has no defense at his front, without any vision outside his base and not having scouted anything...
12:45 - After having put a 2nd cannon when my dropship was returning to his base, he now checks a pretty random place in the fog of war, very close to my dropship(actually where my rally on the dropship is). Not conclusive, but very random.
13:30 - Responds to another drop before he sees it. Admittedly he might've been putting his drop defense back in position, but yeah...
14:30 - I don't know, he meets me in the middle of the map. He might've just been ready to push out, but the way he walks just infront of my army before stopping seems like he anticipates me there.
17:25 - Seems to be checking my base out through fog of war
21:30 - Sends his army to the side to attack my 4th before scouted. Admittedly it's very likely there is going to be a 4th there, but still.
21:51 - Starts backing away from the 4th before he sees my army coming. Again it might just be that he assumes it must be pretty close, or sees the scvs repairing and assumes it's because the army is coming, but yeah...
24:35 - Is about to move towards me, but suddenly backs off when my army comes close to him(without scouting).
24:47 - Looks at my army coming through fog of war then tries to catch me unsieged
27:26 - Looks at my base into fog of war, checks out turrets?
29:24 - @My 3rd he backs off with his 3 archons and 2 zlots just as my army is about to arive to kill them, without seeing my units
32:15 - I try to catch his colossi out of position with vikings. He sends without seeing them his AA to try to intercept/kill the vikings.
33:24 - He is getting ready to cannon my 4th without actually seeing it. Admittedly it's very likely to be there, but yeah...
34:24 - He responds to me unsieging and moving out by attacking me. I just scanned him, so when a scan fades people tend to move/attack, but I had been scanning him like 3-5 times before that scan without myself moving, so the timing seems odd.
There are some things in there that might just be luck, but the amount of dubious things makes me think maybe not so much. It was a really odd game to play, since he wasn't that good, but he kept catching me out of position, being ready for me and backing off early. Early on I was sure he must've a observer ontop of my army and was desperately searching for it.

Should add "Star Station is always cross spawns" lol. So many people think they are playing hackers because of forced spawns on this map TT

Description: When my push came, he looked in fog of war and pulled his drones back to his base before i was halfway across the map. He would also snipe my drops without vision, no ovies. And when he tried to backdoor i placed siege tanks on high ground and he ran away as soon as they were being sieged also they didnt fire.

This guy should be easy to identify as a map hacker since he wasn't freezing his camera before looking directly into the fog at what was going on.

Doesn't scout. Not even for proxies.
Blind hard counters my blink build.
4:30 - Drops a robo in response to my twilight council on his Production tab.
4:40 - Moves units in position to intercept MSC.
6:00 - Builds only immortals from robo. What if I had gone dts?
7:30 - Moves units back away from ramp, knowing im at his natural.. and then intercepts my stalkers.
9:35 - Begins to move his units back because he sees my incoming msc. But doesn't because he also sees my stalkers outside his natural.
10:40 - Drops a stargate in response to my unscouted stargate.
11:00 - Moves out of natural because he knows im no longer there.
11:20 - Moves back home because he sees me about to attempt a blink into his main
11:25 - Magically goes up his ramp with no vision of where my stalkers are, to intercept them.
The dude is pretty blatant how he moves back and forth to intercept my blink stalkers without actually scouting them. Either this guy is the luckiest man alive, in which case he should buy a lottery ticket.. Or he cheats.
I don't know what good it does reporting cheaters on here.. but whatever I can do to get rid of cheaters I will.

You don't need to see the spire to expect mutas. Really good pros can tell a strategy just by their unit composition alone.
(I didn't watch the replay)
He probably scouted the size of your army, your drone count, and the gas you have invested so far because mutas take up quite a bit of resources.
I don't maphack, but usually I hit the scans dead center too. It's not a game of where the units are, its a game of where the units AREN'T, so he might have just scanned to see if there is NO army there.
Good reading of scouts are underrated IMHO. Lots of ppl don't even know the amount of information in a simple worker scout is available.
