You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody. Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. | ||

Where I'm confused is how you can be on this list of hackers considering WoL was released less than 3 years ago, and the OP's list is "only" a year old. If you're genuinely thinking this list holds no weight, you're free to check all the OP's work and replays by yourself to forge your own opinion. If you're truely not a hacker, then all I can assume is that you were falsely accused in another thread some years ago on TL, then saw this thread, and somehow mixed them up. People who get confirmed as hackers here have some serious evidence against them, and I'm not talking about a few weird concidences or blind countering stuff in a couple games.. | ||

I know who you are, I played you on ladder quite a bit when the game was first released and lost more than I won against you. I also don't recall anything about your play that would make me suspicious of you being a hacker. The thing is, it's not a blind following of a list. I've looked into it and seen how evidence is analyzed. I've seen that they even go beyond "reasonable doubt." For example, if someone posts a replay of being blind proxy 2gated inbase on a 4 player map, that is not enough evidence to convict someone of maphacking. They could have been stream cheating, or even more so, it could have been simply dumb luck. Pointing out a list is flawed as you've done accomplishes nothing. It doesn't make people wake up. In fact, you've probably only done the opposite. You've said you're on the list somewhere and you don't hack, but the rest of your story is based on lies to the point it makes it even more likely whatever account you think you have on the list did have replays posted with the user hacking. You're having the opposite effect, by stating you won't post defensive evidence AND have tried to give anecdotal evidence about seeing yourself years ago on a list that was never even created at that point. It's clear you're fabricating something. And that is how the world works. You defend yourself if accused. "Lol, come on.." ... I really can't believe you're trying to portray me being ridiculous... that's how everything has worked since the history of time, EVER. If you didn't commit a "crime" ... YES you defend yourself. That's what any remotely logical person does, ever. Assuming you care, which apparently you don't, but felt the need to post anyways "I'm not a hacker and I'm not on this list just thought I should let you know but no evidence to support this." Server: NA Leauge: Diamond Map hacker. Someone how knows that I had a proxied factory and early widow mine rushed. No way was he in vision to see my widow mines. And he says that he saw them go off as he chased my marines. However, his marines were never in range of my widow mines. Nor did they trigger. http://drop.sc/333351 | ||

Is there any (open) thread for maphackers below gm/master league? I cannot find one. On thursday I met an obviously maphacking gamer in 1v1 gold ladder play. That guy was in gold too. He had only several games in his history but I'm strongly convinced that it was his smurf account. APM and mechanics was way too good for a newbie. The guy is in top platinum now. After 13 games and with 84% win ratio. He hasn't play since thursday, maybe thanks to my report. But I don't know how high he can eventually get. Through-out the multiple games you play you will always have a few people in whom coincide with good game-play and positioning that aligns well to counter with whatever is your strategy. HurtsmithH was simply exhibiting good positioning from a strategy he probably encountered before and took a conservative approach to a burgeoning strategy on ladder. Next time get your emotions out of the game consider yourself outplayed, Your comments ending the game was embarrassing. | ||

You can see the little spot where they are burrowed on the map so he may have just noticed it and didn't walk into it. | ||

People need to stop embarrassing themselves by accusing people of hacking during the game before they actually have proof. Don't be that guy. | ||
