I heard there is a magical website that let you transform youtube video to mp3... I heard the little fairies in that forest tell something like : type youtube and a dash(-) and the magical format of mp3... and truth shall be revealed...
Just gotta reiterate that I fucking love this show JP, lots of great stuff with great people. Grubby and 2GD in particular were awesome to learn more about. Keep it up

The longer the episodes are the longer it takes him. Going an hour longer than planned will obviously not only take an hour to record, but extra time to render and extra time to upload. Thats why nobody, including JP knows how long it would take to work on a real talk from start to finish.
