Something is messed up on my side.

Up to now the tool was working nicely for... uhm... a very long time.
Today I loaded the new DB file (22.0), because season started in EU.
I just played my 5 placement matches, but just my losses were counted.
So I checked the log and it says that it's the wrong season/DB file may be old.

The reason why the losses still count seems to be that unranked detection ignores lost matches.

I know that Blizzard has broken the webprofiles (again), but why does the unranked detection ignore the lost matches only, so just those count?

On a sidenote, now that MMRs seem to be reset completely, I could just as well delete the file that contains the games (games_i.data I guess) and start from scratch, right? Regarding unranked detection there seems to be some cases that I had not considered as it though some of your wins were from unranked games. Reason for this was that you did not receive any points from the placement matches and your web profile win and lose counts did not change (last season ladder divisions on web page). I probably should add a condition that unranked detection is ignored, if the web profiles provide incorrect season... Then again there likely won't be multiple placement matches for future seasons (and have existing old ladder division. New players who are normally only players who go through 5 match placements don't have any division pages). And then again that condition might lead to unranked games to be recorded in potential similar case.

You can restore the dropped matches by copy pasting correct match lines from 'unranked_backup_i.data' to correct places in 'games_i.data'. Just take backup copy of 'games_i.data' before doing it, have sc2gears closed while doing it and use some utf-8 capable editor such as notepad++.

Also I am interested why your memory reader is failing. Could you PM me replay or two from those matches that had line "23:13:59 FATALERROR Ramscanner: Cannot run program" before them.

Edit: And I would not delete the old data from 'games_i.data'. Some future version of the tool will archive older data (archive graphs).

Logged estimate games. Thus later on you know basic data from those games and looks better in graph.

Thank you. It is likely that the anti-virus was blocking it (false positive). The memory reader found the correct info from the replays just fine (user names and IDs are stored in same memory addresses both during game and watching replays).

Im new to this program since yesterday, but it seems pretty cool! Anyone who knows when blizzard will update the user profiles? It is impossible to get a graph until then, right?

The weird thing is that half of the web profile is old and the other half is current. Take this guy for example:

You likely have some configuration problems regarding the sc2gears autosave. The post-trigger is fired when sc2gears autosave replay file.

In Sc2gears go to 'Settings' > 'Miscellaneous settings' and check contents of '1 Repaly auto-save' and 'Folders' tabs. You can test out that replay auto-save settings are ok with custom games too.

Yes. And those profiles are also suffering from bonus pool display issue. Most of the time remaining bonus pool for last season is shown, but not for the current season. Similar has happened some 4 seasons in a row now. It usually takes some days to be fixed.

Everything is ok. There is no new version of the client. The server returns something else for the version number than expected and the program thinks that there is a new version. But when the 'new version' is downloaded the validity check fails and nothing is done.

The other errors are ok too. Some are caused by out-of-sync issue of Blizzard's web profiles, some are just notifications.

But we will likely be switching server for MMR tool in near future. That switch will require a new version of the MMR tool that requires manual installation. When the time comes you will be notified in this thread (also on the original post).

The DB is locked because the web profiles are out of sync (so the chances to have a "good" game right now are 0%).

The question is : when will the profiles be in sync again. Also the ladder seems to be in a weird state, at least on the EU server : right now, on EU, the platinum league represents 24.53% of the users and the gold league represents 17.45% (source: nios.kr). Much more plats than golds °_° and lots of nonames are in masters, while a lot of the top GMs from last season are stuck in diamond, and i doubt their MMR is that low...

Another weird thing about ladder/ranking: I have 3 accounts, 1 EU plat, 1 NA plat, 1 NA gold (practice account, so I quit games there fairly often), all of which I am active on. On the EU plat and NA gold, I've had to play 5 placement matches, on the NA plat one only one.

Did you actually play on the NA plat account? Because it will show 1, then will tell you to play 4 more after that.

2015-04-22: Web profiles have still not been updated fully to new season --> DB remains locked!

Blizzard still has not updated the web profiles fully. Regarding MMR tool the main problem is that they show remaining bonus pool only for last season ladder and not for the current season. As the remaining bonus pool is unknown, no reliable calculations are possible. I have checked the profiles at least once a day thus far.
