Do you think a show like "Fråga Doktorn" or "Språka på Serbokratiska" have thousands and thousands of viewers?

"Fråga Doktorn" is huge in Sweden. Feels like one of those programs everyone over 60 watches to get their daily dose of hypochondria.
I think we just need to show some appreciation to SVT for doing this, but I don't know how...

SVT is aware of a big interest, that's why they are doing this, I doubt they expected huge numbers, especially at the time/day it aired. But i doubt they care about viewernumbers if this is something that will be aired this late.

im more afraid of the production value than the number of viewers..
its ok to not stick to the schedule and be a little unproffessional if all the viewers are dedicated fans watching streams, but if its gonna be broadcasted on tv atleast it should start as schedueled

I was lying down on the couch watching it yesterday. Pretty nice not to be home and still getting to watch dreamhack.

SVT2HD was awesome! You get the best quality there is, without having to worry about the stream lagging at all. So nice ^^

Here's a picture of the overnights ratings from for swedish TV
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/r1RZm.png)
What are the values? Tot rating = average # of viewers over the entire program length (in '000s) Tot reach = total number of people exposed to at least 3 minutes of the program (in '000s)
Numbers above the bars is the diagram is number of reached in each age category (in '000s).
So in essence, 211k uniques, 43k average basically.

Was it just me or was it extremely weird watching Incontrol at my TV? The way he presented him self seemed appropriate on stream, but I would expect different behaviour from a host on television. Not that there is anything wrong with it though.

I had no problem with that at all, Sopranos used to air earlier than that on SVT so I think swearing is fine

To some degree it matters but svt are getting paid not to stare themselves at ratings. They are supposed to have a variaty of shows that appeal to different demographics even if it isn't that many of them. Naturally if no one watches it might not happen again but it's not the main focus point for these kinds of shows.
Also for this "genre" of shows the svtplay views will probably have a heavier focus than live viewers.

It was really weird (but awesome of course) to sit down in front of the TV to watch Starcraft. I remember when I started watching Brood War in 2008, I would've never imagined this.
