I agree with some of the comments here that the moderation on this thread has been dreadful. It's way too soft. I have gone ahead and simply deleted a bunch of comments that fail TL's community standards. Yes, those standards are determined by the mods. Yes, those standards are not perfect nor even uniformly applied. But we try our best. Spare us your righteous indignation over any notional impairment of free speech. This is a private site. Is anyone else just a little disappointed she joined eclypsia? I was not amused by their publicity stunts. I would have been happier to see her on quantic, although she obviously had better reasons for deciding other than "I like this one."

This is very cool! I have never heard of the team, but I hope Scarlett gets the opportunity to play against the pros in major tournaments. A women playing Starcraft will open a whole new market to eSports. (A women that dominates males. ;D)

i'm sorry, but this is so wrong. How can you say that if they played the first game out that the next two would be 100.000% identical to what happened? It's like saying Bruce Wayne would still be Batman, even if his parents wouldn't have died.

Probably even more likely than the 2-0 was with the re-game since she would have had map choice game two and Demu would have it in game 3. Whereas in the 2-0 with regame that actually happened, it was pre-set map and Demu choice in g2. I guess it all depends on how rattled Scarlett would get being down a game at the hands of a silly mistake like that.

What i meant is that when you change something in the past, you get to a completely different timeline. You can't say that it Scarlett would still have won the series.

She's also 4-0 in tournament play since she got picked up, going 2-0 against Phoenix, and beating KawaiiRice and ZENEXAvenge in IPL TAC3 qualifiers. Anyone arguing that she doesn't deserve to be on a team of Eclypsia's caliber solely based on her skill level is just wrong.
