Yeah man I feel the same way about Ganzi too. I know this is a business after all, but I still don't like foreign teams buying talent. These guys trained and honed their skills under Slayers and Liquid, EG... comes and whips out their wallets woos these guys off with money. It's like they're not good enough to produce top players so they had to take the easy route and buy them. So are teams just supposed to let free agents like TaeJa slip by? This wasn't a case of TL going to slayers and poaching him off the team, this was a case of TaeJa being a free agent and TL bringing him into the team after that. Yeah I agree. With someone like Puma, where he was taken directly off of that team, that argument holds up, but for teamless guys, what are they supposed to do?

wooo a strong terran on their team now (:

People posting like that are either too young to understand or don't want to. Great pickup and welcome to TL Taeja! It's funny how although I definitely liked him on Slayers I like him more instantly

You have no idea what you're talking about, Ganzi and Taeja wanted to leave SlayerS, they did not receive any offers while on SlayerS.
Get your facts right before flinging mud

as long as people are not inducing the breach of player contracts, people can sign whoever the hell they want to their team. its a free market.
congratulations to TL for grabbing such a great player.

WIth Fnatic, and coL ( I think), it would be great to have yet another foreign team in the GSTL.
I would most definitely buy a pass for the GSTL.

Like I said, I know that this is a business and I totally understand that teams do what they have to do to get ahead. I just feel that buying willing Korean talent cheapens Liquid a little. Let say that after joining TL Taeja wins a GLS. You can then say that TL is now a top team with prestigious wins, but in honesty that wouldn't be the result of TL training, it'd be Slayers training that allowed Taeja to win. Having said that if these Koreans still do well in foreign teams a year from now then I can't complain. Anyway this is just a little pet peeve of mine and really doesn't have any bearing.

Seeing him atop the TLPD Korea charts makes me happy. Nice pickup, Liquid.

i'm waiting for EG to top this and recruit Marinking! EG.Marineking anybody?? or maybe a better nickname would be: EvilMarinekingGenius!

Yes! I was hoping he would be the one they pick up. Very nice pick up for Liquid!

People need to get this honor system bullshit out of their heads. Esports is a business first and foremost. You do what you have to do to put the best team out there. If that means "buying" players then so be it.

Well they said that but who knows what really happened. Obviously foreign teams noticed what kind of problems/image team got when transfer wasn't dealt properly. Perhaps Taeja and TL managed this thing better and show like it they left for free market? Of course this didn't happen but teams don't tell everything to public.
