Taeja is incredibly good, shouldn't be teamless for too long. I doubt he will go EG if he left SlayerS as that would be kinda seen as a kick in the face to their team/management. My guess is Liquid.

Maybe Empire.Taeja, if Kas goes to mouz. If not, I have no idea, SK and Fnatic seem like obvious choices, but whatever. I just hope he'll do well, he always appeared very likeable to me.

Foreign teams need top stop whispering into player's ears when they attend foreign tournaments.

whats with all the koreans "go foreign team" ? do they imagine that foreign teams have gold mines and can pay them 10k$ month?

Much less work, much more money. Easy decision.

That's not an accusation. At least in the case of PuMa, that's exactly what happened.

At $1k/month + foreign event attendance, what teams that want him will actually be able to afford him?

I don't think Taeja is on a team yet, otherwise there would be an announcement put out by the team that just acquired a Code S player.

Liquid picking up Taeja would be amazing, this must be very sad for SlayerS though. Taeja is one of the original members while Boxer was picking up players, everyone will miss him I'm sure.

I thought the thread title was "Taeja Leaving Slayers?" and not "PuMa's hide gets poached?"

My mistake. lol.

His comment should be relevant to Taeja.

Things like this make me worried for the future of "foreign" teams. Why pick up a NA/EU player when you can get a Korean who is much more skilled?

...Yes? A lot of us are fans of both SlayerS and Taeja, and we're sad to see them part ways.

It's relevant. Puma first foreign tournament, leaves for foreign team. Taeja first foreign tournament, leaves for foreign team. :>

interesting. I for one think this is an exciting development, as it reminds me of football (soccer for you yanks). Players from all over the world are being drawn to the teams with money. I think this is a development that will help ensure the future of e-sports.

Unfortunate for SlayerS. Any SlayerS terran will have no trouble finding a team. I really dislike Quantic because of Naniwa so all I hope is that he doesn't go there.

I don't think that koreans teams aren't trying to provide things for their players. But since the big sponsors in Korea are still focused on BW, the financial situation of Korean teams just aren't as strong as foreign teams
