If more great third party fan tools spring up and become popular, perhaps they would make Blizzard move faster as well.

very nice, I have always wanted to have something similar to ICCUP where you were able to ladder on one matchup only. I guess this is close enough.

Just pushed out a small update!

Changes

The page title will now show the number of unread chat messages if you have the site minimized or another tab active.
Made the chat taller, unified button sizes, compacted user details.
Fixed bug where chat would scroll to the top when returning to the lobby from another page.
Added stats display for number of online and queued players.
Changed server port to 443 to possibly fix a problem where some users hang at 'Connecting to server..'

Thanks for all the feedback, I realize it's pretty empty right now though. I'll be updating the OP with a specific time for everyone to log on after I've made a few updates and hopefully see what it's like with more players online.

looks promising maybe you could work it to create its own ranking system based on the results of the games so we don't have to play on the blizz ladder anymore!!
