lol if it was Nanaiwa people would be asking for his head on a pike but since it's Stephano it's "stuff happens" and "who cares".
Asking a tourney to delay their schedule just so you can play in it and then forfeiting the final match is pretty sad.
Live it up.

I don't know why all of you are bitching? Most of you will never be on his level for this game. He felt he was doing his fans and the tournament a favor by either delaying or not playing. Would you really have wanted to watch him get blown out due to exhaustion. Use your brains and instead of bitching at him think for once...

He even admitted to being wrong and that he didn't know the circumstances of the tournament being funded through barcrafts that were also watching live. He made a mistake and owned up to it. How bout you use your brain and think for once.

More like both are pretty unprofessional at times.

...why is this thread still going on? I think it's pretty self-explanatory what happened and why, it's just a matter of opinion whether his decision was right or wrong, end of story

Your joking right? Don't tell me your serious...

Most of the Koreans consider him the best European Zerg, and code S material.

How so?

He never participated in a korean tournament in Korea.

....Blizzard Cup?

Exactly. He only did better than a korean who isn't even stable in Code A.

Are you referring to Nestea who went 1-3 in his group? Stephano did better than him.

EDIT: Please just delete my post. There's no reason to keep this stupid conversation going or this thread going any longer. Apologies for posting it.

couldn't agree more... this is completely over talked. Stephano stated it was to late for him to produce quality games. I believe the championship was going to START at 3am stephano's time. How people expect him to play through that with a good mental state and its not like he had a walkover opponent. Kas can beat stephano anyday (not saying hes better lets not get into that) but kas is scary good. I'm not really seeing the point.

And now that this is being compared to Naniwa... this thread needs a close.

... What a bash up. Guess what ONOG is a nothing tournament, and guess what Stephano most likely won't be back next year to win your small offerings. Who's worse off - ONOG or Stephano...

Terrible opinion.

Peoples skill levels have nothing to do with Stephano's actions. Also, younot Stephano so how do you know what he was thinking? Even more, its unfair to delay a tournament for your own selfish reasons without considering the other contestants. It doesn't matter if "youre doing it for your fans" or whatnot. I mean, we've seen so many players play in tournaments after just flying in from another one. We see Koreans forced to play at like 5 am, but they dont bitch about it.

I honestly don't care about this whole ordeal, but if I see someone talkin shit like "Use your brains instead of bitching at him think for once..." and you aren't using your brain while bitching at the rest of the community, I'm gonna call you out.
