I think this is way funnier than the Pepe debacle. mTw.SunCow well always be remembered as the fastest guy to get kicked from a SC2 team after he's been recruited. Teams really need to be do more research before recruiting someone to carry their name and brand.

Which I kind of doubt seeing as how they didn't even fucking ask lol. So all in all if they broke contract he wins just like Sheen. From what I have haerd from team contracts they are hardly that legaly binding, so I doubt he will have much to go on if he wantto sue mTw (which would be stupid anyway). But honstly this thread made me laugh. Is his time on MtW sorter then Destinys or Stephanos? who got the sortest time on a team in SC2 so far?

I'm not sure if you think that there is a difference between what you call team contracts and the rest of words you could come up with to combine with contracts, but there is only 1 contract, and they are legally binding.

Then I read the updated OP and I was even more confused by why he's join and leave. Then I read the thread and lol'd. A lot. Here's hoping mTw will find other great players to bolster their SC2 team, without APBs on them.

Ummm... They need to follow a certain format to work, and a contract in U.S Is not valid in UK. If you read the stephano-Complexity thread you see that the contract was not binding in France because it was writen in english, not french. And there have been said in multiple occasions that the player contracts often arn't owrth the paper they are written on. So no, there isn't only one contract that is legally bindnig in the world.

And of course he cares about his team why wouldn't he? Just why did you even post something like this? This was just an incident that happened. I don't think "starcraft pro teams" believes that the players have criminal backgrounds and do checks on everyone. Since its not an ordinary problem.
