Moon streaming was the best thing I've read all week. Congratulations to Fnatic and Moon!

I'd say it's tough between sky and lyn. Sky was super goof at one point, but a lot of that was from his really aggressive tower pushes that eventually got nerfed.

Not when players like SoJu, Ted, ToD, TH000, or Infi are on point.

No surprise here. Hopefully Moon can do well at more tournaments and own some white dudes.

He won one of the biggest Chinese tournaments (China was equal to Korea in WC3), where lots of top Chinese, Koreans and the few good Euros attended. All this while playing Poker, lol <_<

ToD had mad talent in WC3. He didn't have as many titles, but he was always someone to be scared of when he was in form. When he was in China, he spent a lot of time doing stuff other than WC3, though.

He was no Grubby.

Still excited to see Moon join Fnatic, but since he was a Night Elf player I will have to root against him in every game.

wait what?
I'm the biggest Grubby fanboy but what you just said is plain silly

WCG 2008 buddy. Grubby took down Moon 2-1.

Actually did Moon ever win a WCG?? I don't think so.

Grubby > Moon in WC3. Easy.
I like the way the walls go out. Gives you an open feeling. Firefly's a good design. People don't appreciate the substance of things. Objects in space. People miss out on what's solid.

grubby has the most accomplishments as a european in wc3 but creo was much more talented.

he dominated grubby for like half a year in every single tournament where they played before he retired; not to mention winning wcg against sky. he would have surpassed grubby if he didn't retire in his prime, imo.

Moon/Grubby/Sky, IMO.

They all were and have been surpassed by other players during their careers, but they dominated the longest and hardest during their peaks. It's tough to say that Moon during his golden years wouldn't pwn everyone hard in War3 today. Same with Sky and Grubby.

With War3 players you get peaks and valleys and places in between. The reason why Moon/Grubby/Sky come up so much is not only because they dominated, it's also because of their history.

ToD was really, really good -- depending on who you asked. Some people will say he was just a workshop-abusing noob, though.

well mate it really depends on how he values his marriage. at the end of dayI cant see it being a problem eh was playing sc2 and wc3 at one point and psoting good sc2 results. So i cant see it being a problem!!

I don't think there are many people in this world who would consider a single BO3 as an indicator of superiority. Please just admit that you didn't very actively follow the WC3 scene. You're arguing against people who are significantly more knowledgeable on the matter. You'll notice you're pretty alone in your assessment, as Moon still has a very favorable record against Grubby, as well as being more dominant overall than Grubby ever was.

i would give it to sky.

not only did he have good accomplishments but he was also revolutionary. human players were playing shit like rifle caster for the past 4 years and he came and changed the entire metagame on how to play human.
