Other than the fact that Apocalypse got played in IPL TAC he hasn't really shown much promise at all.
Even CreatorPrime.
He has some experience, but if i recall he is 15?

Dunno if you guys actually noticed, but the IM coach wrote in the awards thread before he tweeted. Quite early, like page 3 or something that Apocalypse wasn't on team IM :o

I had a chance to play the guy on Korea and he is pretty good. Also i think i have seen him in the IPL Team League over the past few months.

I wouldn't really put Creator in there, as he's had a lot of showings in GSTL and the KSL etc, compared to Crank, who has really only been shown in the last few ESV Korean Weeklies, or HyuN who has only played two broadcasted sets so far. I listed MujuK because he's a teamless player that made it into Code A last season (if my sources are correct he's being scouted by oGs).
I'd also add lOvShinystar to that list, especially if his parents allow him to join a team in 2012.

why hasn't there been a statement from quantic? this is so weird...

Grats on the new team ![](/mirror/smilies/smile.gif) hopefully he brings good results for the team.

Hmm Never heard of him sadly but I hope he does well!

Anyone capable of reaching and holding Korean GM #1 for a significant amount of time is a pretty safe card as far as new recruitment-options go, even if he's still fairly unknown publically

I think Koreans should stop joining foreign teams, that's what I think. I'm sure countless people would agree with me.

gl to quantic and Apocalypse

I'd be happier if more foreigners joined Korean teams, personally.
But I'm happy for Apocalypse and Quantic. Hope the partnership goes well.

I dont agree with you. There needs to be integration for both the foreign and korean scene to grow.

I thought this happened a long time ago. I guess they just decided to release it.

what does it even matter if your opinion is agreed upon when there is no substance to its reasoning? there should be no racism in starcraft. if anyone finds that joining any team is the best choice for them, they should join it, whether the team is korean or the player is korean or either of them aren't.

former IM player? more like, former DM player

Korean players wanting easier prize money, "foreign" teams wanting to look good by grabbing as many Koreans as possible. It's a weird trend. I can see why though, from both sides of the coin.
And also... mujuk? Didn't he play a televised BW game or two about 4 years ago or something..? I seem to recognise the name vaguely.
