Wow groups B and C are insane!
Also, Nada and Boxer both have good chances! Though Sen and Ganzi are no slouches. Puzzle's been kinda lacking but Parting seems pretty good.
The lack of Clide is really messing with me though. Though Genius is there so it mostly fits the Laws of Code S (where either Clide or Genius is always there).

So many team-kill groups. =( I feel like MC is gonna have a tough time getting past fin and leenock. But isn't fin's TvP his weakest match up? I feel like I remember Artosis saying that once when he played fin on ladder. But as far as IdrA goes, I mean, he could probably beat MVP, he has the entire might of the SlayerS house behind him to come up with the sickest ZvT builds around, and IdrA almost took Nestea out at the global invitational in SUPER close games, and if he can beat Nestea, lucky might just be a walkover. I'll be rooting for him the whole way

I'm sensing bull on these being "random". Team kills all over the place. Sigh, BoxeR gets back into Code S then gets that gay of a group? Well whatever, I'm positive he and GanZi will make it out of that group.

Hoping to see some of the newer protoss talent do well. Looking forward to Brown, Oz, Puzzle, and Parting's play. MC is dead to me, screw that guy. He cost me so many liquibet points when I believed in him and he DIDN'T HAVE WHAT IT TAKES.

Sen could not have gotten a worse group. BoxeR, Jjakji and GanZi are all fucking ridiculously good TvZ. He could've got IdrA's group.. Lucky is beatable by both IdrA and Sen.

Lol Group B is the group of death. Holy crap.

Nice groups, looking forward to some crazy games. Idra Tough group for him, I wish him GL.

I was wrong.
Leenock and Jjakji picked their opponents. Everything was FIFA World Cup-style.
But still, I think Keen can beat Nada this time. Keen is on fire.

OMG MC so unlucky =( Goodbye Idra =)

It's so perfect that MC is also in that group. He didn't pick him.....these are random. NO, actually the players hand pick their opponents!! someone felt they have a handle on idra, likely it was mvp no, it is random.... lol group selection is next round. I thought 1st seeds could pick the 4th seed? and then the rest were randomized? (And Idra man...best of luck...) Edit: Sorry nevermind T_T apparently only jjakji and leenock picked someone from the 4th spot yup, only jjakji and leenock got to pick. which means jjakji chose sen, which is a good choice imo, and leenock chose fin(forGG)
Iam really curious to know why Leenock wanted ForGG in his group.
Probably his friend or practice partner?
Or he really wants to put his ZvT up to the test by challening one of the best Terrans in BW.

3 team kills, 6 toss in 3 groups, MvP vs Nestea. 3rd time they meet before the semi's in the last three gsl's, if not 4 in 4.
This is ridiculous.
How was this done?
Are you sure you're an economist?

Haha oh wow I just realized how badly Oz got screwed. He got 3 people that are like top 2 vs Protoss of their respective races.

Unfortunately, I dont see Idra and Sen making it out their group as Idra will lack practice partners for ZvZ and Sen has to Jjakji,Boxer and Ganzi which are all really scary at tvz. I hope they will advance though xD

Group B is really sick. I hope fOrGG will advance. Actually, I'm sure he will.

I'm not so sure that Sen has a good shot, he has a reasonable chance against Boxer, but I wouldn't pick him over Jjakji or Ganzi. Neither of them are undefeatable, but they are both pretty good ZvT players. Idra has a better chance, he'll probably beat lucky, and his chances against Nestea are really only a little worse than 50-50 with how Nestea has been doing recently. MVP is by no means undefeatable for idra either (though he is a definite favorite). Overall though its pretty bad for foreigners, they got pretty unlucky, especially when there are some pretty weak groups (F-H for example).
