You are aware that EG barely hyped this at all...? TL community is doing most of the hyping, as always -.-'

nice well played EG. For once your announcement was worth the hype.
JYP is the best protoss player worldwide imo.

Not until he figures out vT. Hopefully training in the SlayerS house will fix that.

Who is? PvT isn't working for anyone. and don't bring up parting please.

Hasn't pvt been statistically better for protoss for the last month?

Guy made it through one Code A GSL and suddendly he's the best in the world? Yeah this is completely over the top. I don't think so. Besides this he's only got one minor tournament win under his belt, I think he's good but he's no MC, Oz, or Naniwa.

Yeah, the top Terrans are just much better than their counter races.

It's Korean. The first word is always last. So Lee Yoon Yeol (Nada) is pronounced "Yoon Yeol Lee." Park Jin Young is pronounced "Jin Young Park" = JYP

He's talking about GSL/pro-game stats not ladder stats.

It doesn't matter how badly Protoss are doing vs terran, a 14 loss streak is just atrocious. Dude is 6-22 vs terran, calling him the best Toss when he can't even win one of the matchups is just silly.

He completely fits with the new "sign Koreans who aren't good enough to win in Korea but good enough to beat most foreigners" model of player management...

What did OZ win? Not even a minor tournament. What was Naniwa and MC's luck getting through code A. Didn't think so. JYP was pretty damn good even before he went through it was just unlucky for him not to go through last season (he beat DongRaeGu in the first round, and DRG went on to get the seed through MLG >.<)

Unlike PuMa, who can't qualify for GSL, JYP is actually Code S.

I actually know who the new player is ............... gogo bad guesses on thread so far rofl

lol

anyway, i think it will be good. im assuming he will stay at the slayers house? should be good practice for him playing with the slayers players and should be good practice for the EG players to practice with him. seems like a good move

Naniwa is good for sure but he's 1-10 in gsl or something right? I think JYP is stronger than naniwa at least when and where it counts.
