Grubby has probably won more tournaments than any other gamer in a major game, apart from a few maybe, he has steadily improved since he began playing and will keep improving when others don`t, trust me. Don`t underestimate Grubby. Honestly I think Grubby is really good - he manages some engagements better than pretty much anyone I've seen... He's not top of the line in all aspects yet, but he's a super smart person and its just a matter of time. (this is even a like, 2-3 months outdated impression)

He has his own team, shirts, homepage, manager (beautiful cassandra) and I dont think that he would sacrifice what he has constructed. He has partnerships with various brands (ESS, Steelseries sponsorship) and his own tournament series. Why would he want to join EG?

Even athletes who take performancing enhancing drugs get to play there sport again, be a shame if this betting thing does (looks like has) cost him his gaming career for life. If he was allowed back think how many people would be checking his results and betting sites checking results aswell, he would be a friggin tard if he did it again, reason i think he has learnt his lesson and should be allowed one more chance, not like he did anything to hurt anyone? really? pete rose was permanently banned from baseball for the same reasons

BUT its completely different because of the money involved and the publicity of the sport. Baseball is huge in America, Cricket is the sport of India (1billion population) Pakistan, South Africa, Australlia Sri Lanka and West Indes. E-Sports is only a national sport in South Korea which has 48.8Million population. That down grades the scale and effectiveness of the outcome. I.E wasnt for a world leaderboard ranking like in the cricket or for staggering amounts of money or he didnt have himself threatend into doing it xD. But yeah my point is, he might have learnt his lesson he hasn't be able to play his sport which he was very good at in a long long time, i think he deserves another chance personally &_&

For a bonjwa to switch anyway.

He started on EG but never really did anything there. Anyway the foto looks like Grubby indeed but I really really doubt it's him.

I meant more like compared to people like me who didn't follow BW at all. If you were to break TL down into people who did/still do, and people who don't at all (well, i do watch the occasional pro league team thingo but i wouldn't call myself a BW fan by any stretch) then what would the breakdown look like.

Thanks for pointing this out, Jon (btw your mod-ette here <3). Grubby is incredibly smart, his game sense is getting better and better each month and his micro is impressive (which is not really surprising thanks to his WC3 hero background). He just got back from his holidays in Egypt and is probably well rested. I'm really looking forward to HSC IV next week and how Grubby will be doing in the tourney. ![]()
