I like your enthusiasm but what turns me off the most is when you critique the players without giving any explanation for why you don't like what they're doing. It sounds like you're some "arbiter" just giving out judgements all over the place, judgements that don't always coincide with my experience playing starcraft. If you are going to be making controversial claims about a player's play and why it's bad, back it up with some analysis on why it's bad/good. Ex. I don't like broodlords on this map, I like ultralisks. What? why?

Another point that has been brought up is to give reasons behind criticisms that you provide. Don't just say "I dont like ling muta on this map" state WHY you don't like ling/muta.

On a side note, I think stats are great and all, but one thing I disapprove of is the certain way you read into the stats. If a player has 30% in let's say zvt... you don't have to say explicitly that he/she is terrible at matchup. It makes you sound condescending sometimes, especially if you unintentionally laugh/giggle about the winrates for that player afterwards. Instead you can just say the opponent is significantly favored etc. Please tell moletrap the same. Cheers.

This usually happens not only to you but a lot of others casters, main problem would be all the accion that's happening in all the map. But in those little, 20-30 seconds of "truce" when both teams are positioning or macroing hard, it would give a really nice input to know how many minerals remain for them (instead of, let's say: commenting how the players are preparing for a final clash). I tend to look for those wihite dots behinds the red/blue ones in the minimap as to have an idea of how much mireals they have left x.x TL.DR: Would be an awesome, little, improvement to be more aweare of the minerals patches that remain on each base.

I have always been a big fan of your casting, but today during the up and down matches I noticed something that really bothered me. A couple of times you and Wolf made some sarcastic remarks to the effect of, "Oh no, we got something wrong. I can't wait to read the thread about how we made a mistake." I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, but if not I can try to find the remarks and quote them verbatim. I know that a lot of casters, including yourself, catch some heat when mistakes are made. However, it really detracts from the experience of watching GSL when I have to listen to snide remarks like that while a game is being played (even during the early game scouting). My advice would be to stick to talking about topics relevant to the games that are being played and save the forum banter for the forums. The GSL casting booth is not the place to defend yourselves or address/make fun of caster bashing. I'm not paying for GOM's services to hear yours or anybody else's snide comments about internet forums, especially when there is a game being played. I still think you're a great caster though!! This just really bothered me.

When action picks up your voice gets raised, higher piched, and it gets harder and harder to understand what it is you're saying. If you work on that a LOT of the issues with your casting will get better ^^ No! Just no! He should stick to the style that made him famous during his WC3 days. I don't want another: "Oh, he places some FF, now they fight, uhm X gonna come ahead out of this ... this might be GG." Remember this scene about Soccer at the Simpsons: http://www.blinkx.com/watch-video/simpsons-explain-soccer/LX4RzIMfZsf03GZpqLs1Bw Khaldor to me is like the mexican reporter - and i love it ![]()

the 2 pairs of gsl casters, in my opinion the khaldor team is much better. and the thing with being calm is very good in gsl nowadays. the ol mystarcraft.de streams often were VERY VERY excited. but i also liked it. now i think its under control, dont get any less excitment in your casts. btw when you first started i thought that you were not good in castin in a team, because youre excited casting is just too dominant. but hey its better then expected and nice to watch and listen.

one thing though. the constant nitpicking on a co-caster's slight mistakes is really annoying and disturbs the flow of the cast significantly imho (its really minor if the zerg is on 6 or 7 bases, but the correction hinders the cast more than it helps). im referring here to the gstl cast with moletrap on 17.03.12.

EDIT: i like you WAY better than moletrap lol, that guy knows nothing about starcraft. wolf is also a good caster though EDIT2: this will probably go unheard but i wish the foreign observers would keep health bars on "always on". it makes the details in micro stand out much more.

![]() All jokes aside #3 caster @ GOM, didn't like at first due to accent and certain moments I can't remember, but have grown to enjoy your casts more and more. Prefer you casting with Moletrap than Wolf but that's just me and my disdain for a protoss biased Wolf.
