As I previously stated, you can try installing .NET 4.0 (if you haven't already) and the VC++ 2010 redistributable package. Both can be found through a simple Google search which should lead you to a microsoft download page  | ||

How about on Mac OS X? I don't know, but it definely works also on Dendy and X-Box too. Wait, there are no sc2 on X-box | ||
