Yes, Rachel was there, and she was a trooper. Without her, TorcH, TGR, etc, all of whom flew in and weren't supposed to do all the things they did, the event would have collapsed completely. Can't embezzle money, leave other people in debt and expect to get home free. Should it come to a lawsuit, best case for Gus is that he gets away with a fine and having to pay off all the outstanding debt.
