When Heart of the Swarm was initially listed on Amazon they matched its price to past similar games (i.e. Wings of Liberty) and so it was listed at $60. It was only a short while after that when they corrected it to its actual price of $40. | ||

I believe you will be charged the 40 bucks but say the game goes up to 50 dollars you will have to pay that 10 difference (charged on your account), on the other hand if it goes down to 30 bucks you will be refunded 10 bucks instead. | ||
