It means exactly what it says. You will be charged the money for your purchase, on the day of release. So when it's released, only then will you be charged.

When Heart of the Swarm was initially listed on Amazon they matched its price to past similar games (i.e. Wings of Liberty) and so it was listed at $60. It was only a short while after that when they corrected it to its actual price of $40.

zzzz, I was about to preorder it yesterday from Amazon for a key but decided to just get it if I get bored sometime. Would've been nice if there was some kind of limited supply only notice. : (

I believe you will be charged the 40 bucks but say the game goes up to 50 dollars you will have to pay that 10 difference (charged on your account), on the other hand if it goes down to 30 bucks you will be refunded 10 bucks instead.

Amazon giving beta keys with pre-order again...just checked, ordered, got the key less than a minute after I got the confirmation email.

why only the US version has the beta key? I own an EU one so I cannot mix versions
