Even if they charged $100 for the game and another $100 for each expansion, SC2 would be about the cheapest entertainment I've ever bought on a price-per-hour basis. So, in your opinion, what should be the REAL price of the game, seeing how you think they'd obviously still be underpricing it even if it was $100? p.s. not all of us play the game religiously. p.p.s. I bought a TV for $150 and I think they should charge more because it's way too cheap $/h.

P.S. TV's should be $328 P.P.S. or maybe $397

I wouldn't totally object to a $40-50 price. I mean let's compare the CoD franchise where they annually rotate in a poorly tuned game at a $60 price tag and gleefully nickel and dime it's audience as much as possible. Think if SC started doing subscription fees a la WoW style for Multiplayer @_@. Mercifully, Blizz doesn't do any of that shit for the core gameplay and does the TF2 thing where cosmetic / vanity items cost $. Most people overlook the fact that Amazon simply posted the maximal price and Blizz has said in the FAQ that HotS will ring up closer to a standard expo price. Don't blame Blizz for the price speculation, blame Amazon for trying to cement early sales with pre-emptive pre orders.

This is up because some people like to order as early as possible. If that is not you, no biggie. So this means we can still order through TL when the games release is closer (like 2 months from now)? I am for sure ordering the game from amazon.. so why not help TL at the same time.. but I cant at this moment so just making sure the offer will still be here.

The cheapest solution is probably to get a physical copy and use the key on your downloaded client. Because making and shipping a CD/box, and then letting people download the client anyways apparantly is cheaper than letting you just download the client with a key in the first place (I know there are other forces at work here, just ranting). At least I get to support TL ![]()

That's exactly what it means, you'll get the US version. You'll be stuck on the US servers, provided you'll be able to even install it over your EU WoL version.
