He will manage both Teams, stated by TypeLex on page 3 I think.

Hi Type II,

This team will be absolutely fantastic! Such awesome news. I wish you all the best of luck!

As some people before have mentioned type II does sound like diabetes.
It also really doesn't help that the symbol for diabetes is a blue ring. So your logo having a blue ring in it too, combined with the type II written in it is just really pushing it i think. maybe at least change the color or something..

Maybe ReaL can finally be featured streamer now since he is on his own TL/JustinTV account. He has been streaming almost daily for the past few months on a few different accounts and has always provided high quality GM play. This guy deserves so many more fans.
